The Code of Civil Procedure is a procedural law that regulates the administration of civil cases in India. It is contained of sections in the first part and orders in the second part. The law of civil procedure has been extensively consolidated by the Code such that it is not limited to only definitions and amendments. The underlying aim of the Code is to facilitate justice.
The various matters under the code are, Res-judicata, Jurisdiction, sub-judice, Decree, Order, Judgement, Review, Revision, Appeals, etc.
